About Golf Kwan สนามกอล์ฟขวัญ
Golf Kwan is a small 9 hole course around a 40 minute drive from Pattaya in the nearby town of Sattahip. It’s well known locally as a good value practice course that doesn’t force patrons to use a caddy. The course was designed and built over a number of years by the kindly owner, Mrs Kwan, who cheerily greets customers and tends to their every need during their vist to Golf Kwan.
The longest of the holes is around 200 yards, and there are several small bunkers and a small amount of water peppering the course. Most players will be able to stick to longer irons here and while the course probably won’t be hosting a PGA event anytime soon, it is the perfect practice course for young golfers and beginners.

Tee times are from 6:00AM to around 14:00PM daily, and at just THB100 for nine holes plus THB20 for a trolly, many golfers opt to play twice and round it off to a full 18 holes.

Golf Kwan doesn’t have any dedicated practice facilities but it does have a small basic restaurant on site serving up refreshments to golfers after a quick 9.
Course Maintenance
The relatively flat course is fairly well maintained considering the bargin price of a round. The greens can be a little slow.
