About Plutaluang Golf Resort and Spa
Opened in 1969, Plutaluang Royal Thai Navy Golf Course is situated about 40 minutes from Pattaya. The club consists of four 9 hole courses which players can play accordingly, caddies are more than happy to advise you which courses are best suited to you based on your handicap or ability. The course, regardless of being a slightly older style design and style is appealing, challenging and enjoyable to play. The 36 holes here loop the large body of water in the centre of the course which attract a wide array of wildlife. This is a municipal course which is normally very well kept, and delivers risk reward course management for all levels of players.
The 4 courses are named after the points of the compass with North & South making up the original 18, the East and West 9’s were included the mid 1990’s. Fairways are fairly forgiving and permit you the opportunity to have a go, the greens are quick, and bunkers of variable sizes pepper the course. Rather uncommonly for a modern-day golf course, Plutaluang Navy Golf Course uses Zoysia grass, which provides deep rough for wayward shots.
This is an enjoyable course to play if you are searching for a peaceful day out in beautiful surroundings.

Tee times at Plutaluang Golf Resort and Spa start at 6:00AM with last tee off being at around 14:00PM. The course is one of, if not the best value course in the area with green fees at THB800 for a midweek round and THB1200 for a round at the weekend. The course is extremely popular and calling ahead to reserve a tee time is recommended.

The caddies are well trained and friendly at Plutaluang and are more than willing to impart their knowledge of the course on visiting golfers.
