About Bangpoo Golf & Sports
Opened in Bangpoo Golf and Sports Club is situated in south east Bangkok, around an hour’s drive from the CBD. Designed by the late golf legend Arnold Palmer Bangpoo is an attractive and well maintained golf course, and unlike many of the other courses in the area, there are not too many water hazards and mature trees on the course, making it enjoyable for occasional golfers and beginners. The fees are reasonable compared to some of the top courses in Bangkok, however carts are compulsory at Bangpoo golf and sports club which does raise the cost slightly.
Although Bangpoo won’t provide any major challenges to lower handicapped players, the clubs proximity to the sea does provide breezes and crosswinds that make the course more challenging, and indeed more pleasurable to play in the hot season.

The Clubhouse is roomy and comfortable, with excellent changing facilities and the restaurant food serves up good food and refreshments. In addition to this there are several comfort stations situated along the course providing refreshments.
