Bangsai Country Club is located around a 90 minute drive from downtown Bangkok in the rural area surrounding the former capital, Ayutthaya. The golf cousre at Bangsai is usually quiet on weekdays due to its distance from the centre of Bangkok and as such course fees are some of the best value for money in Bangkok, on weekdays. Bangsai Country Club’s, great facilities, well maintained course and friendly staff provide an excellent overall golfing experience for visiting golfers and locals alike and as such, weekends can be busy at Bangsai.

Opened in 1996, Bangsai Country Club is a 27-hole, par 72 golf course. Originally an 18-hole golf club, another nine-hole links were added by local golf course designer designer Pirapon Namatra, making it the 27-hole golf course it is today. The holes at the Bangasi Golf Course are varied, with several elevated tee shots and fairways that are often flanked by water hazards. The course is undulating and provides a fair bit of elevation on some of the holes, which makes a nice contrast to often relatively flat Bangkok courses, making this course a must for golfers that regularly play in Bangkok who are wanting a change of course style.

Bangsai is one of the more popular golf clubs in in the Northern Bangkok and Ayutthaya areas, and the club prides itself on being being affordable, accessible, and comprehensive in terms of facilities – clean, spacious locker rooms, gourmet restaurant, parking, and driving range are all available at reasonable prices at Bangsai.

Service in the clubhouse is friendly and efficient, in addition, the restaurant, locker rooms, and pro shop are all excellent and on par with many of the upscale private members golf clubs in Bangkok, despite being a public course. Bangsai is one of the best kept golfing secrets in the Bangkok area.
