About Rose Garden Golf Club
Built in 1972, Rose Garden Golf Club is among the first and most popular golf courses in Thailand. Situated around an hour west of Bangkok, the course is worth the drive out for anyone wanting a day out at a reasonably priced golf course.
Destroyed by heavy flooding in 2011, Rose Garden Golf Club has undergone a complete overhaul since then and has emerged as a good, reasonably priced course in the Bangkok area. The 7200 yard parklands course boasts Bermuda and Tif eagle grass greens and fairways, and offers a good challenge for higher handicapped players.
The positioning of water hazards throughout the course not just challenges the eager golf enthusiast, however, it also adds to the overall charm and beauty of the course. One special addition at the Rose Garden Golf Club is that each hole has 2 greens, one left and one right, which not just makes sure of great conditions for less regular players, however likewise provides much needed variation to the course for those players playing several rounds.
